These Terms of Use govern your use of the FireTactix marketing website at firetactix.com (the “Site”), operated by lab343, LLC (“lab343,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The FireTactix application at app.firetactix.com is provided to fire departments under a separate agreement; these terms do not govern use of that application.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape or harvest data, submit false information through the waitlist form, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, screenshots, and the FireTactix and lab343 names and marks — are owned by lab343 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content except as reasonably necessary to view the Site or as permitted in writing. Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site (including standards-body and research references) are the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply endorsement or certification.
No professional or operational guidance
The Site is marketing material describing FireTactix. Its content is provided for general information and is not operational fire-service guidance, and it is not a substitute for department training, standard operating procedures, professional judgment, or on-scene size-up. Nothing on the Site should be relied on during an emergency response.
Forward-looking statements
The Site may describe features, capabilities, and plans that are in development or subject to change. Descriptions of the FireTactix product are not commitments, guarantees, or warranties that any particular feature will be available or perform as described.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
