Pre-incident planning platform — early access

Pre-plans your crews will actually use.

FireTactix turns field photos, video, and notes into structured pre-incident plans, hydrant records, and building intelligence. AI drafts the work; your firefighters review and approve every plan. Now onboarding early-access departments.

The problem

Pre-plans often take too much time to create and too much effort to keep useful.

Manual collection is slow

Valuable details are scattered across notes, imagery, site visits, and institutional knowledge.

Records go stale

Pre-plans, hydrant records, and SOPs drift out of date when staffing and time are tight — even in strong departments.

Operational context gets lost

Information that matters during response does not always make it into a format crews can use quickly.

How it works

Capture in the field. Draft with AI. Approve as a department.

1 · Capture photos, video & notes on-site 2 · AI drafts pre-plans grounded in verified data & policies 3 · Firefighters review and approve 4 · Response-ready plans and exports

The platform

One system for pre-plans, hydrants, and building intelligence.

Pre-Plans

AI-assisted pre-plans mapped to NFPA 1620

FireTactix drafts pre-incident plans from your building records and field capture, organized into NFPA 1620 sections — water supply, fire protection systems, hazards, tactics. Every section stays editable, gaps are tracked until they are documented, and approved plans export for response.

Hydrants

Import hydrants from video, photos, or spreadsheets

Build a complete hydrant inventory from GPS-enabled vehicle video, field photos, or bulk imports. FireTactix geolocates each hydrant, applies NFPA flow-class color coding, and routes new candidates through a review queue before they reach your map.

Buildings

Living building records, not static PDFs

Occupancies, construction profiles, points of interest, photos, floor plans, and footprints — kept in one place and connected to the pre-plans that draw from them. When a building changes, the plan can change with it.

Approvals

Every AI draft goes through firefighter review before it counts. Submitted plans move through a department approval queue with clear status at every step.

Policies

A living SOP library with templates and an AI standardization wizard that turns scattered documents into consistent, searchable department policies.

Field Capture

Mobile-optimized capture for walk-throughs: photos, notes, markers, and floor plans recorded on-site and fed straight into drafting.

Trust & standards

Built to be trusted with department data.
