Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how lab343, LLC (“lab343,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information through the FireTactix marketing website at firetactix.com, including the early-access waitlist form. It covers this website only. The FireTactix application at app.firetactix.com is provided to fire departments under a separate agreement, and information handled inside the application is governed by that agreement and the terms with your department.

Information we collect

Information you provide through the waitlist

When you submit the early-access waitlist form, we collect the information you enter:

• Department name
• Your name
• Email address
• State (optional)
• Any message you choose to include (optional)

We use this information to contact you about FireTactix early-access onboarding and related product updates.

Attribution and usage information

When you submit the waitlist form, we also record limited attribution information alongside your submission so we understand how people find FireTactix: marketing campaign parameters from the link you arrived through (UTM source, medium, campaign, and content), the page on our site where you submitted the form, and the referring web address your browser reports (if any). This information is stored together with your waitlist entry.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram) to measure the performance of our advertising and to reach relevant audiences. When active, the Meta Pixel records page views on our site and a “lead” event when you complete the waitlist form, and it may set or read Meta cookies (such as _fbp) in your browser. This information is shared with Meta and may be used by Meta for ad measurement, attribution, and targeting in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy. See Your choices for how to opt out.

Fonts and content delivery

Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google’s content delivery network as a normal part of serving the request.

How we use information

• To respond to waitlist requests and contact you about early-access onboarding and product updates.
• To understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure and improve our advertising.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your information for money. We share information with:

• Service providers that operate the site and our outreach on our behalf, including our cloud hosting and database provider (Amazon Web Services), our email delivery provider (Amazon SES), and Google Fonts.
• Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel described above, when it is active. Depending on your state, this activity may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising; see Your choices.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Your choices

• Advertising cookies. You can opt out of the Meta Pixel on this site using the control below. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance, and your Meta ad preferences.
• Email. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or emailing us at the address below. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option.
• Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted through the waitlist by contacting us.

We will honor rights and choices available to you under applicable law. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@firetactix.com.

Data retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue early-access onboarding and for our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We retain advertising and attribution information for a shorter period consistent with measuring campaign performance.

Children

This website is intended for fire-service professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
